1. Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

‍ ‍

  • Print-on-Demand Process: All items in our store are produced on demand by our printing partner. All prints are supplied in 38mm float frames, with a choice of frame colour. Prints, from our online store are not supplied ready‘strung’ for hanging. We advise attaching 2 d-rings and picture cord to hang your prints.

  • Production Times: For UK customers: orders are usually produced and shipped within the UK in 6 business days.

  • Orders for USA customers are printed and shipped within the USA. Orders from other countries may incur customs charges

  • Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times vary by destination:

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet shipping estimates, Penn Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

  • customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

‍ ‍

As all items are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/variant selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damages and Issues If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect (e.g., different size or print from the one you ordered is shipped), we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

  • Report Issues: Contact us at gavinpennart@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Required Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.

    Resolution: Once confirmed, we will coordinate with our printer to send you a replacement.

3. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

‍ ‍

If a package is returned to our printer due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Unclaimed packages (packages that were not picked up or are refused) are not eligible for refunds.

4. Payment & Security

‍ ‍

Payment Provider: We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe ensures secure transactions, accepting credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods.

Security: Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Currency: All transactions are processed in GBP.

5. Cancellation Policy

‍ ‍As we aim to print orders quickly, we only accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.

Once the order has been sent to our printer, it cannot be cancelled.
